honestly Todd Lee is a breath of fresh air, I caught his channel through Paul barnett and kurt havens and once I saw Todd I was hooked because of his knowledge some of the views he has are exactly what I express to friends and clients especially if there gonna compete blood work pre during and post cycle and the GH if your gonna compete and not use GH just quit now for real whats funny is that most people don't understand him when he talks about estrogen GH and IGF-1 becaese there just not knowledgeable enough on the subject but Todd lee is one of the best youtube fitness channels out now.

I just attended a week long anabolic workshop condensed into three hours. It was so informative to hear how the Dr's conclusions are reached and the how and why coaching decisions are made. I loved the "economy of genitals" but more importantly, I love the economy of time for Dr. Todd Lee, MD, IFBB Pro; not a minute was wasted. Thank you Dave Tate.
