I have seen a few of these featuring Dr Will. He has made such an impression on me. He is part of a new younger generation who are recognising the importance of gut health. We are going to hear a lot more about preventative medicine.

@@monicaprescher3852 Days 1-3 did water fast to remove fat from liver etc Days 4 til now eating LFWFPB...approx today is day 40 😀 My doctor last weighed me three weeks ago and I lost 4 kg I'm due to see nurse on Tuesday Can't wait to get on the scales 😂 I'm doing very well and recently cooked pearl barley would have first time ever or in 30 + years I love it And what fascinates me is that I don't crave chicken etcetera lol My pancreas can handle 500 g of carbohydrates at any meal And within 5 hours my blood sugar readings are in non-diabetic or low pre-diabetic range Getting fat out of my liver and muscles was the game changer for me

@@SandraMcChannel oh wonderful! I love hearing your progress. Sounds like you are really doing well and are on a roll moving in the right direction! Way to go and keep up this wonderful life style. Keep me posted how the nurse’s appointment goes. I’m so proud of you! Pearl barley sounds yummy, I need to try and find some.

He's helping me out a lot, too, with all of these podcasts he's doing! I just received "Fiber Fueled" the other day and dove right in. I've suffered from IBS-C for more than 25 years (I'm 51). I'm convinced that it stems from trauma resulting from an abusive relationship, as well as alcoholism (I've been sober for almost 17 years, thankfully). I'm shifting my mindset about my microbiome; instead of hating my guts, I'm loving it. It may sound odd but I think it's helping. This information from Dr. B is a blessing! I'm glad he's helping you as well!

I tired this diet that Dr Will Bulsiewicz wrote. It is going very well for me I love meat but I am not eating it at all. I am 29 and I was 245 in weight now I am like 234 more or less. One time I did a diet back in 2010 I lost 20 pounds, then I did it again in 2011 I lost 42 pounds back then. I love this fiber fueled diet book read it its amazing.

I would love to hear Dr. B's thoughts, if any, concerning the growing interest in psilocybin as treatment for a wide variety of issues in addition to related topics such as gut diversity, its interaction with serotonin in the gut, and in the macro, encouraging sapiens to understand and deeply FEEL that sense of connection and oneness with the organism which we are a part of. Thank you for your work. Mush love to you and your tribe.
