So far, D2D has impressed me the most of all self publishing options I've looked at. I saw your in boxing video already and based on that and this video, I can only say that I hope their print book software improves by the time I'm ready to publish my manuscript. But keep up the good content!

Hi Mandi thank you for this video. So helpful. Just a quick question regarding the requirement by D2D for a different ISBN for print books that they distribute, is this different with their eBook distribution? That is, can I just have my one ISBN for my ebook that I put with AMAZON KDP and use the same ebook ISBN for all D2D distributors (minus Amazon with them)? Hope this question makes sense. So here's a question I have regarding the ISBN. I originally published my book on KDP. I have my own ISBN. On the copyright page I include the ISBN's I got for my paperback and ebook. If Draft2Digital requires a new ISBN would that mean I'd have to remove these from the copyright page?

Hey, I thought that if I purchased my own ISBNS, then I can use them on multiple self-publishing sites, regardless? I know this video came out in 2022 and its now 2024, so I wondering if things changed? I submitted my print book and e book to KDF Publishing first, then my print book to Draft2digital-print book Barnes and Noble and ebook to apple.

I appreciate your videos! I only wish wish wish you would have mentioned this was only for text heavy books! Maybe you did but I have a picture book and was following your video, set up an account, tried to figure out how to get canva to download a 300 dpi png that isn't a pdf, found a converter all to find out I don't think you can upload a color picture book onto D2D, can you?

Ok if I have book already published in kdp, in draft2digital it asks date for release, is that the date your actually release it on d2d ? As I released it on kdp a few months back.and do I use same isbn as the one I have for the paperback on kdp which is my own isbn

Hi Mandi. Thanks for another fantastic video. I actually found it at the perfect time. I do have one question. I'm currently in the process of ordering my proof copy from D2D. When you're doing so, do you just click on "Order Physical Proof Copy" and click submit leaving the distribution button unchecked? I just don't want to press any button that I shouldn't. I have asked D2D Support but they haven't come back to me yet.

I am not able to get my cover uploaded properly as it says it needs RBG - I followed your instructions to put it in Abode and then look for file - properties- custom and when I did it was blank in the square - so I could not see how to remove the color properties- yet still got error message for needing RGB... For ebooks , you can look up the requirements for each individual company, as some are slightly different. Each POD company has its own print template that you need to use
