Looking at his shoulder Charge he reminds me of MVC2 Hulk. I love characters that Hug everyone to death so he's definitely gonna be in my top team. Also his Self Destruct is broken. I'm gonna abuse it until they nerf it. Shouldn't be too hard I got good enough that I could Demon Rage out of any jump or teleport in SF. The entire thing is paying attention to when your opponent is actually able to be hit after a fall if you are too far away.

16 could have been used in a different way in dbz instead of him diying at the end of the cell saga they could have made it where he goes with future trunks to his time to help him agenst future threats being like the relationship between the t 800 and John from t2 sense Android 16 was inspired by the t 800 and I would have had him die in the black Goku arc instead

domenic1019 they're command grabs I think, so no they cannot be blocked

Most command grabs can't be blocked. Your only option is to jump or teleport out of the way. It works against Broly and DBS Broly and android 16

No, grabs cannot be blocked. However, they will not hit if the user of the grab is not in the same state as the opponent (grounded grabs only work on grounded opponents, aerial grabs only grab opponents in mid-air).
