Gohan biggest flaw is his arrogance when he gets the upper hand in a battle. When he outclasses Cell, he didn't finish him right off, enjoyed the pleasure of beating the enemy first before Cell took desperate measure to win in the end. Same thing happened when he fought Super Buu.

Dragon Ball is heavily influenced by fan creations, fans made (Dragon Ball Multiverse) and many of its Ideas were utilized in the tournament of power, fans created many MANY *MANY* new transformations, so dragon ball super gave us many transformations as well, Yamcha's meme is self explanatory, and finally, Goku's new Naive personality is atleast partially affected from the parody series (Dragon Ball Abridged) by (team four star). so with more human related fan art, we can have something going on for the humans in the future, I tried to push the idea of (Super Human) transformation since the early 2010's but since I can neither draw nor write fan stories I could not advertise it, some KZbinrs are doing it tho and they are seeing some attention and success.

Not to mention the potential of techniques such as Tri-Beam that's powerful enough to transcend the limits of his own power level, as evidenced when he used it against Cell.

Besides Majin Buu not being very bright he’s also childish and gluttonous. The former arguably being a much bigger flaw. Buu in all his forms is almost literally a kid in a candy store. He’s infantile, powerful, and is not shy about using his power (he’s also aware of how powerful he is for the most part but does not understand his limits, and he actually has the ability to turn people into food (mostly sweets) although he no longer uses this ability due to Mr. Satan getting him to understand morality). It is Majin Buu’s childish nature that makes him so dangerous (he’s had no one strong enough to rein him in). The closest thing that ever came to reigning Majin Buu in was his friendship with Mr. Satan. However this aforementioned friendship has had its limits in controlling Buu, such as if Mr. Satan is insulted, threatened, or hurt, Buu is insulted or threatened, or if it involves his food. Probably the most dangerous example of Good Majin Buu getting out of control was when he refused to share just one of his pudding cups with Lord Beerus, eat them all after being called a “pink blob”, and proceeded to fight Beerus, ticking off the one person in the universe who’s more powerful and simultaneously unreasonable than him and has worse anger issues. Thus Buu’s childish nature was the straw that broke the camel’s back and led to Beerus finally becoming angry enough to destroy the Earth, putting all of Vegeta’s attempts to pacify the God of Destruction to waste.

Tenshinhan and Krillin are not really at fault here, they can both recognize the huge gap in power between them and the other races, and they deal with it the way that makes sense to them, Krillin just wants to leave this type of life since he is not fitted for it and is only pushed back into it when the world is at stake, while Tien decided to go way further than anyone should to stay effective, throwing his life away to make any small difference. if they had super forms or transformations they both would improve the overall dynamics of the team, just imagine (Super Human 2) with massive power increase and orange hair... or Orange eyebrows since they are bald :P edit : I am also the 8,838th viewer, since some people think that matters lol.
