There are a lot of things wrong with this video. I know you're trying to be helpful, but you're incorrect. 1. You do not need to "keep Kid Buu alive" when he's at a sliver of health, he's invincible until Goku finishes him with a spirit bomb. 2. Kid Buu does not need to revive for you to receive the skill. 3. Finishing Kid Buu with an ultimate attack, is not what grants you an "Ultimate Finish." Ultimate Finishes occur whenever you meet the hidden criteria (pale blue text on quest screen) for any quest. If Buu revives, you will get the ultimate finish. 4. Ultimate Finishes and item drops are on a random number generation table jumping through these hoops doesn't in reality increase your likelihood of getting the skill/item, but when people by random chance get the item while trying the method, it erroneously reinforces the belief that it effected the drop rate. It doesn't.

Finishing opponents with Ultimates does increase your chances of skills dropping. I've acquired almost all ultimate moves doing this. I've had friends go with me on parallel quests and while they used a mixture of basic strike and ultimates, I hurled only ultimates and skills were dropping for me on consecutive missions left and right. Not so much for my friend. Using ultimates really does increase chances.

Prior to this he had attempted the mission about 40 times and it hadn't dropped. Experience is all I speak from.

To get Super Vegeta 2, first you need Super Vegeta skill. You can get Super Vegeta by following method, 1st)Play the Super Saiyan legend quest i didn't remember the number of quest. 2nd)Choose your custom character only and press "Space Bar" pc.3rd) Defeat frieza's army now when the gate is opened leave frieza in the dust and rush through the gate and grab "Krillen" with you "remember(Krillen Should be died in Frieza's 1st form.4th)Now in the his 2nd form " Goku" will arrive let Goku hit him most but finish him by yourself.5th) in his last form "Vegeta will arrive, " Now finish Frieza as fast as you can( If you do it perfectly Vegeta will turn into Super Saiyan, as the time he turns just play with him and Finish him polity,nor to fast and neither very long. ("I BET HE WILL DROP SUPER VEGETA SKILL"). The time of Vegeta's defeat should be in under 6.oo minutes.

helpful tip!!! you don't need to hit the character to build kai. just punch or kick doesn't matter if there is anyone to hit. if your hitting nothing you still build kai

a few things to clear up: 1st: you are unable to kill kid buu at all the first time. no matter what you do, that last 1 hp will not go down untill goku gets him with the spirit bomb. 2nd: the hidden requirement is that majin buu has to survive untill vegeta switches him out (kid buu down to half hp). EVEN THEN, it is completely RANDOM if kid buu will revive or not after finishing the quest. 3rd: you don't need to finish with an ultimate attack. quest ultimate finish and scoring an ultimate attack finish are two separate things. the quest gets an "ultimate finish" upon completing all hidden requirements, ("Quest Great Success" instead of a simple "Quest Success" in the end tally) no matter how you finish off the last enemy. as for finishing with an ultimate attack, you can do that even with a normal quest finish and get the "Ultimate Attack Finish" scoring. with all that said, i should add that an ultimate finish is not required for the skill to drop. it's just annoyingly rare.

This helped me get past the mission so I hope this works for you. When you are fighthing just the minions, babysit Bardock and just stay as close to him as possible so that you can fight off some of the minions that are attacking him and when frieza arrives, just attack him constantly. You will have to go and help Bardock from time to time but mainly focus frieza. If Bardock has over half health when frieza comes out, then i think you should be good

for the record "ultimate finish" does NOT require an ultimate attack it simply means meeting all requirements

I am new to the game and i notice one thing. Every time you finish with ultimate attack you always got good items. So i guess that thing increase the drops. Just go to the shop and buy the charging ki thing and always finish your enemies with ultimate attacks. you need to choose the right partheners and finish with ultimate atack and the droop is increase and u can get anything with 2 3 trys.

I figured it out, and it happened 2 times in a row of getting 2 different super or ultimate attack, be the last person to hit Kid Buu before Goku uses spirit bomb, which means, don't let Vegeta get the last hit, that's how he got his in this video, he was scared that Vegeta would kill him so he tries to keep him out of Vegeta's reach, there really no reason to prevent Vegeta from killing him, since he has unlimited health, but I experienced both times I unlocked a skill

Oh god ... You're more likely to catch a leprechaun riding a unicorn over a quadruple rainbow on a clear day in the middle of summer than getting that skill. I've quite literally been up all night trying to get it. from 11 pm to 8:30 am and I still haven't gotten it. I beat the crap out of him and finish up with a Final Flash but never get that drop.

I honestly didn't follow any of these steps and i somehow still unlocked ss2 vegeta. When goku used the spirit bomb on kid buu, he revived and he had killed goku and so it said i failed but still got the transformation.

Choosing or bringing a Vegeta character along on ur missions seems to increase the chances also. I tried this missiom about 30 times. I chose ssj4 Vegeta and it dropped. I told my cousin to try it after his many failed attempts, and he did the mission with all Vegetas and the skill also dropped for him. ?? Try it

I got it on my first try using Golden Frieza, This is just pure Random Number Generation. You made mistakes in the video you don't need to keep Kid Buu alive, just make sure you hit Kid Buu hard and wait till Vegeta arrives and then you will have the chance to annihilate Kid Buu. It's not a guarantee you will get it. It's BASED ON Random Number Generation.

You do not need him to enter evil kid buu stage, you can get it from simply defeating Kid Buu. Confrimed 100%. Literally just got it 30 seconds ago.
