About Gohan: he's imo the anti-Goku and I love that. Goku grew up as a fighter since the moment he could walk. He immediately lived the life of a martial artist. While Gohan was protected by his mother, someone Goku didn't have in his life: a mother. Gohan also had both his parents around, Goku didn't. Gohan was really smart, Bulma level smart. While Goku was pretty much a simple kid. Gohan would hide behind his dad, be afraid, get into trouble if he went out into the woods. While Goku could fend for himself, could take a whole Red Ribbon Army on by himself, fished and fought bears. Gohan ended up having a loving wife that was sweet to him because he was a dad that was around and provided for his family. While Chi Chi was mostly angry towards Goku because he was gone a lot, not around for his family and didn't provide. Gohan wanted to be a superhero. While Goku never showed intrest in that. He just lived for adventure and fighting. Gohan ended up living a relatively normal life. Goku never wanted such a thing. There still was a similarity though and that's Goku's good nature rubbing off on his son. Both were curious, innocent and sweet while caring for living creatures that got hurt. Even if Goku lived for the fight, he would get angry if you'd mess with his friends/an innocent person or an animal. I think Gohan turned out just fine and different from his dad. It would be kind boring if Gohan would just be a Goku clone that loved fighting and training.

Gohan’s character was ruined when he asked to have an outfit like his dads instead of the Saiyaman costume, something he made himself. The Saiyaman stuff is perfect for Gohan because he only wants to fight when he has to protect others not just to better himself like Goku. That’s not a martial artist that’s a superhero and that fits Gohan perfectly. But no he has to be Goku Jr because who cares about any DBZ characters but Goku right

That look would've been perfect for him and it would've stayed in line how Goku wears the Gi his master gave him. Piccolo is still Gohan's master. It would've been cool if Gohan told Kibito to give him Piccolo's Gi but add a Goku logo to honor his father.

Sam Sheepdog is a character who tended to show up alongside Wile E Coyote (also known in these episodes as Ralph). Would usually start with them clocking in for work, calmly greeting each other. "Morning Sam." "Morning Ralph". It would then go into the antics of Wile E. trying to steal sheep, while Sam would keep stopping him, beating him up in the process.

Now that I think about it, Cell had boring motivations to be evil. Fighting goku just because he was programmed and then because he was bored, he had no plans to rule anything, and even if he won he would have nothing left. He would be so bored. His saiyan biology would've keeled over because nobody would be strong enough to challenge him afterwards.

It surprises me that you guys were able to hear some of the lines despite laughing during them. Sam Sheepdog was a sheepdog who clocked in along with the wolf who was also hired to catch them. Along with usually physical humor most of the time it showed them being friendly before, during lunch and after work but once that whistle it was time to work and stealing getting beat up repeating. In fact during one of the particular bad beat ups SM offers to play both roles for the wolf it’s actually a very good, short, under appreciated Looney Tunes series
