The streets got ahold of him, sure hes been abused and with some one on the specturm it might be hard to decipher whats going on around him. If hes on the spectrum he should be qualifed for rapid housing, the problem is he needs someone to keep a eye on him all the time. Hes the type of dude that would have a house and wonder out back to the beach for weeks.
