That pack of horse meat is for sashimi or tartar, meat imported from poland, with injected fats from poland/france. It says on the back of the package. That pair of tuna eyes are like $2, my gosh sooooo cheap. Those big blocks of mebachi tuna are also $20ish. This is a great market!

This fish is not a "Dragon Fish" but rather a species called Podothecus sachi, also known as the Snail-fin poacher, Japanese poacher, or Tokubire. It's a member of the Agonidae family and is native to the Northwest Pacific. It can be found in northern Japan, Peter the Great Bay, and the eastern coast of the Korean Peninsula. It has an elongated muzzle and a side-opening mouth, and can grow up to 40 cm in length. It inhabits depths of 20 to 269 meters. It's hard to tell for sure without looking at the spread-out fins.
