what programs do you guys use to save the clips from the movies as well as put them together?

To get the clips, it's possible to get the entire movie from the BluRay by ripping it with MakeMKV or by downloading it via torrents (torrenting is illegal in some countries, so research how to do it safely to avoid fines). Alternatively, you can just find scenes of the movie you want on KZbin and download them with a free KZbin downloading tool (for example www.clipconverter.cc/) To put them together and edit them, we use Sony Vegas Pro. But there are many alternatives such as the subscription based Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro on Mac, or free software like HitFilm Express or Davinci Resolve.

Question did you use any type of color correction? and also which pack of sound effects (booms, risers, and whooshes) did you use?

We did color correct some scenes, mostly the ones from Vormir. Mostly we raised the red levels a bit and lowered the blues with the color balance tool effect in Vegas. As for the sound effects, I have my own personal collection of effects ripped from official trailers that I use in all my videos. You're welcome to download it below, although I would kindly ask you to not post it in any other public spaces. Other than that, feel free to use whatever you need :) [link retracted]
