I totally understand why the dragon keepers are upset. Using the dragons as tools and getting them killed in a pointless war over a sword chair is dumb and something idiot humans would do. There arent a whole lot of dragons left and this war is gonna wipe them out needlessly.

The whole point of those visions with Daemon was that the crown is a burden not a prize and those who yearn for it do not deserve to wear it.. but that logic Jace does not deserve the crown

@@theenlightened1s The point is not that there are competitors for his claim, but that said competitors might want to kill him to secure their own claim. Rhaenyra's actions have endangered her son's life. Of course this was partly his own plan, but you have to remember he doesn't trust the loyalty of the lowborn 'mongrels', but does trust the loyalty of the highborn, the sweet summerchild that he is.

Jace's plan was not to let a bunch of randoms from flea bottom take dragons. It was to have high lords who confirmed they're loyalty to his mother and him. Hugh literally in the first episode of this season was making weapons and proclaiming his loyalty to the Greens. And now he has the second largest dragon in the world. That is kind of a BIG problem.

First of all, nice edit. Aemond was ready for the smoke after Silverwing buzzed the city and seeing 3 dragon riders changes everything for him. As far dragon rider loyalty…it definitely opens up risk for common people who may not like being playthings for nobility.

Jace wanted the Dragons to go to someone with allegiance to Viserys and Rhaenyra, but now that they got lowborns with no oaths or claim to any other kingdom, the only outcome for these low borns to level up is by taking the throne from Jace, he also has to worry because the two low borns will have bigger and more experienced Dragons than he does, so odds are if he has to fight for his claim, he will most certainly lose, Rhaenyra is treating her son the exact way her father treated her, by thrusting the heir title onto him and then making his succession incredibly difficult because of her previous actions.

To be honest, it is ridiculous that people say Daemon and Aemond are the same. NO, THEY ARE NOT. Aemond is a traitor, he nearly k*lled his brother, he k*lled Luke, k*lled Rhaenys.
