He was never interested in working with Piers and I'm surprised he wasn't roasted for using him to get a better offer from the others. I didn't find him at all convincing in his negotiations and that sort of thing is usually called out quick. A strange one. On the business itself, I think it's dangerous territory as taking 10% away from drivers will make them not as keen to please customers. Pair that with knowing unhappy customers are more likely to blame the company they book through and it could be a disaster.
