When your walkway and walls are farting out brown stuff, you know you got a problem
@MrJtappin4 жыл бұрын
Tools stuck, grey water, undermining walls when plunging.... Adds up to me to massively broken pipes...also broken for some distance as I estimate the hose was about 7 meters beyond the weeping walls 😊
@mysock351C4 жыл бұрын
Look on the bright side. They now have a septic system.
@mysock351C4 жыл бұрын
@@MrJtappin Yeah that was my thought since they kept getting stuck. The pipes have completely collapsed under the walkway and street. Had that happen with a foundation drain that had old school cardboard and bitumen pipes and the plumber basically stuck a huge hydraulically operated cable snake to cut through to the manhole to drain the slab and basement after a hurricane. Surprisingly it worked long enough to get sump pumps put in.

When Master Plumber wearing his favourite Ford Power Stroke hat, after even using the rod plunger says "No go", you know it's time to dig up Bellevue road and replace that broken pipe. A tribute to patience, pereverence, great skills, and hard work.

I guess you could learn patience but it takes a steady will and a particular skill to remain calm and focused when things go sideways. You are the Maestro of drainology Ollie. Pretty sure that level of patience is inherited....either that or you're being motivated by a paycheck in high karat diamonds.

I mean it's good for backwards push, like in the case of litter and roots but for unclogging a thin pipe that goes who knows where and takes who knows what turns, well. It would be an expensive try once it gets lost

That attachment would be far too big to fit in that pipe and would easily get stuck.

I was just wondering what would you do if it got stuck and then whoops there it is. It looks deceptive because of what I'm now assuming is the overflow pipe ? I thought it is just an awkward short section but it must run across the pathment and under the road. It's going to cost a bit to sort out, who's responsible for the fix? In the uk it's the local water board for the path on I think but it could be different in other countries.

6:00 Well no wonder every time we see a hose in the videos, they are leaking. The owners think because a hose is connected to the spout that they don't ever have to turn it off. Well okay i guess they don't, but that is one of the reasons that they leak.
