the hatred towards tank and ret paladins during the burning crusade was really disgusting nowadays they're a welcome addition to any raid, even on burning crusade private servers but back then there was a different kind of mindset that still had to be destroyed, a mindset that did not want to allow "hybrid" classes to do anything besides healing. shamans, druids and even priests had similar problems, but I feel like paladins suffered the most from it
