Thank you for the beneficial reminder. Amazing how the prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم adviced us to do some of the points you mentioned over 1400 years ago. He (peace be upon him) would sleep straight after isha and wake up for the night prayer then go back to sleep. The prophet peace be upon him would always take a nap too. Islam.. a complete way of life alhamdulilaah.

Subhanala that broken sleep is tahajjud. Prophet muhamad salallahu aleyhi wasallam used to do that and advised us to do also And the napping is also sunnah. Subhanala. Nothing surprises me anymore :)

Subhan Allah! Allah(swt) ordered us in the Qur'an to break the sleep in middle of the night for tahajjud prayer and continue. Now it's been scientifically proven. Thank you for the great tips. Now I won't disregard my sleep time anymore.

Such an interesting topic spoken so professionally. I feel vindicated now breaking away from partner who didn't allow me to sleep by forcing me to talk to him all night long or going into a rage after I have naps just because I was often tired from work!

Absolutely loved this and great tips sis Jazakallah.. loving the consistent content and that your are batching your filming mashallah. Also it is great to see a sister who his also Muslim in the education/self development sector as I am a massive fan and it is very underrepresented in KZbin.. for the past 6 months I really wanted to start a KZbin channel and got some content ideas I am passionate about but I procrastinate because of my lil ones and technical side of things.. would be great to see your behind the scene filming/editing routine/ setup/tips nd also your habits morning / evening Routine.. great fan mashallah and best wishes for your work xx

Thank you Dr for the vivid clarification. I am currently taking my PhD. My major issue is that I can hardly sleep due different thoughts on my research. Once I fall asleep, I hardly could go up to four hours. So I really find difficult to have that much needed concentration.

I have been struggling to finish my online TESOL Certification Courses at Arizona State University. I am good at procrastinating. Courses have deadlines, sometimes i go ahead of other students and at times i am way behind the deadline. At my last course which i was doing this week was the most complicated one of all eight courses, but fortunately i managed to complete after working on for 2 two days. I sent my Teaching portfolio( 10 lesson plans + 10 videos + 2 Teaching toolbox tips) for peer-review . After peer reviewing, i will send to ASU for expert review. I am done now ! Alxamdulillah

Procrastination is my Achilles tendon..My utmost weakness. I will apply your solution. Ironically your solution reminded me of my mom " if you do you homework..You can then go out and play " I thought she was punishing...lool Momma was right all along.🤣😍

Hi, I am a PhD student with pretty bad ADHD and wondered if you know if that makes these less effective. Sometimes I feel like I spend so much energy trying to do things that work for neurotypical people when maybe I need to be looking for more specific ideas or figuring out something different. I also have insomnia and I swear it ruins my brain most days.
