Thank you so much Dr you cleared my doubt I m fond of fruits last month i checked sugar level fasting sugar 160 and after food 273 but i used to eat fruits mid night 2 o'clock I have stop eating fruits and 4 to five dates and 7 almonds with water rice as breakfast i have stopped now after the results
