Nice video doctor. One doubt - you said that with diet, exercise we can change the gene and stop passing on diabetes etc. to the children. But child birth happens when one is at 30-35 years of age and not beyond. But our life style changes happen after 40 or so. By then original genes would have passed on to the children ?
