Sir one doubt. can we eat directly varieties of raw vegetables at total weight of 200 grams at three times a day instead of cooked food. example a piece of tomato, a piece of cucumber, a piece of mango, a piece of ladyfinger, 10 grams nuts, a piece of a fruit etc. finally a milk tea without sugar
