A beautuful talk on kakrha .A useful breakfast item.There is methi kakra also.But as you pointed out correctly the Readymade kakra mix one can't be sure of the composition.Similarly whole wheat bread sandwich is a excellent eye opener

Sir I tried your control techniques I controlled the average sugar from 8.2 to 7.2 for 1 year. Now doctor advice to come down around 6.2. I follow the medicine, walking for one hour daily, diet routine daily. Plz give me few tips to control sugar around average of 6.2.
