Hi, i have the ipad 10.2. i heard a lot of reviews saying its roo small and the bigger the better. But the size doesnr bother me at all. I am 5 ft 4 and have normal sized hands lol not too small. So i think its about preference and if u have bigger hands itll be a problem, otherwise its ok

Your process looks a little like mine, only yours is fun to watch. I like the moment when you were explaining your shading technique, and ended up saying, I'm trying to sound like I know what I'm talking about, but I really don't. It just looks cool and it's fun, so that's why I do it that way." If I ever start filming my process, I'll probably say stuff like that a lot.

Most modern printers use a modified RGB color matchy thing to print.. not true cmky. I've never done my art in cmky or set my printer or procreate or Adobe with it.. and it matches the colors perfectly

Hello! I had a question, and I am not sure you'll have the time to reply but I thought I would try asking! I have always drawn digitally with a mouse since I was like 13, but now I am ready to kinda learn on a screen tablet, I guess my question is do you like using an iPad to draw or would you recommend something such as Huion or Wacom, I am a beginner with tablets so I thought I would ask which is the better option in your opinion. In coloring the steam from the tea, you could just create a new “steam” layer above your colors. Coloring the details underneath without avoiding the steam bits. Fill the steam in with white and then lower the opacity for the perfect effect over the colors beneath it.

Where is that little tool which u put on an area of ur drawing and it becomes the same colour ? I realised something in procreate (which i only started using yesterday 😅) i like to paint with my finger after outlining the tiny details witj the pen, using ur finger allows to to paint mauch larger areas than the pen, i also don't know why the colour drop doesnt work for me, it colours the entire surface of the drawing instead of the area i put it in.. Btw i used this one and the tea party sticker one as my first ever practice 🤗😃 can i share my trial in my social media account ? Since it's ur idea after all 💗

Alaa 888, in order to get the same color as a certain area, you just have to press down on that certain area with ur finger for a few seconds and the color should pop up!

With procreate a little workaround I have found with the pixelation, if you draw bigger than you normally would and when you scale down you can avoid the pixelated image.

If you like the texture look, I would recommend the dry brush for inking. Plus, you get great control with the line variation.

Apparently if you change the little ball icon at the bottom right from Bilenear to Nearest Neighbor (or whatever it is) or the other setting, it won't change the resolution anymore when you resize things. Hope that helps, loving your art!

You’re so lucky to love doing line art. Me and everyone I know consider it to be the worst part of the process. With me especially; it takes the longest and if it’s not exactly right all the layers that follow after, shading in particular, tend to come out wonky.

I also use a very toothy brush for lineart, colouring is always uuuuh “fun” XD I usually colour by hand instead of using a fill bucket tool, it takes longer though so lately I’ve been using the auto select, feathering, filling, then selecting again and filling in the feather. Not as fun as hand colouring, but does make things go faster!
