It is available but it’s the old version. Alternative is to install Gspace from Huawei App Gallery to get Google Play Store, then install Concepts

You can try changing the number at the bottom left of the tool wheel. The tool wheel has numbers for brush size, opacity and smoothness.

You have to install Gspace from Huawei AppGallery, then find Concepts within Gspace (Google Play Store)

It's only available on MatePad Pro that have Google Play Store. Recent models of MatePad Pro no longer have Google Play Store.
