3:40 The inner circle has a radius of 118 pixels, while the entire circle has a radius of 173 pixels. This means that the area of the inner circle is pi times 118 squared, which is 13,924 pi. Also, the area of the entire circle is pi times 173 squared, which is 29929 pi. This means that the ratio of the inner circle to the entire circle is 13924:29929 (from 13924pi:29929pi, divide both sides by pi), or the inner circle is about 46.523438805% of the entire circle. So technically it's more like half of the circle instead of two-thirds.
