Dr,. I listened to you , eat vitamins and do excise on the feet. I feel so good now. I started to listen to you since Thanksgiving last year. It has been 3 months, and I lost 20 lb, from 178 lb to 158lb. My plantar fasciitis getting so much better. I will continue to listen to you. I stopped eating grain 5 days ago, because I want to cure my myofascial on my shoulder and neck. I think I have to much inflammation in my body. I checked you video, there is a couple of videos talked about refered pain, and inflammation. I will keep on trying whatever you taught us . Thank you Dr. Good night.
