Good one. I thought being a Doctor you might be ignorant of these equipments and their utilities. In fact these equipments are much better for food preparation which otherwise we use lots of oil. They don’t contribute any health issues except deep frying!

Good aluminium vessel is ok . Cook and remove food from it after cooking . Our ancestors used it and seriously they did not have any problem . Try using more of Steel, cast iron and clay .
