我的電子鍋有蒸煮功能是可以自設時間的。我應該設10分鐘還是15分鐘?還有此時間到了、它會自動跳到保溫。此時我需要把內鍋從電子鍋中拿出來、讓它自然降到室溫呢?還是把電源拔掉後把內鍋留在電子鍋中等它冷卻? (By the way, I live in California for the past 45 years.
