It would be so easy to feel jealous and look at you as some rich person that had money bestowed on them and now they have this great house with custom furniture, etc. But, we know you worked, scrimped and saved to get this home and paid for what you got in cash. Omg it's so easy to feel completely jealous about you and your house, but I remind myself that this is the hard work paying off. The room I envy most is your son's play/learning room. I dream of this for my son. I live in El Salvador, so a house like yours is next to non-existent, however there are some pretty houses, and all I keep thinking is how I want one that has a room for my son (currently he sleeps in the same room with us), and a play/learning area like this. The house is just perfect and I absolutely love your mud room setup!!! I love how James has his dedicated space. Laundry on the 2nd floor is a MUST have. I won't ever go back to anything else! Also, we fold the same way, use a storage cabinet for overflow and a have a dedicated area for nail stuff! hahahaha Great minds think alike!
