Because the song is originaly played on a 6 string so to get around that you have to use an alternate tuning

I mean good chops, but you can blankly hear where your not even playing the same thing. Why you would change tuning to a song that’s played in standard? He literally played it on a 4 string? Like some of the notes aren’t even in the right octave. Guess it’s back to looking for a good backing track

it sounds amazing to me honestly. i guess he found the tabs from the original, when he wrote that in a 4 string. it sounds more melodic and active. the versions i got are for standard tuning and now im bored lol
