Man this song. 3 years ago. I was fighting my addiction and in and out of jail and no where to live. Pretty much lived where my job was, just slept outside. I was recovering from my brain injury and was having seizures, and the anxiety with it. Also was thinking of my son, I have not met till he was 5 months old. I didn't want to live anymore but I didn't want to die either. Now I have a place and 2 sons and 2 cats and 2 dogs and a beautiful fiance and most of all God. It can take years to fight a battle and realize you were never alone.

Admittedly, I've been finding myself in a pretty-horribly dark, isolating hole for years myself...So I needed to hear this..always hard to shake the feeling that I'm not honestly..and I still really feel the sentiment of not wanting to die but also not wanting to live either..But regardless, thank you. And praise God that you got out of it. For ultimately, I do want to believe it was because of Him that you did. That things were once bitter and you were pretty much at the brink of collapse-but like the song, God surely gave you the strength to carry on even then when you willing to let go and consider His help & whoever else's-and like you said, realize you never were alone. And now it turned out to be brighter and perhaps more beautiful on the other end and I pray the same may be likewise for me one day and all of those that are still struggling in the same way, no matter how far away that seems for many of us...bless you dude!

This song really hits me in the heart this tune does describes my painful backbone injury I had in the past week what happens is that my backbone got twisted really bad and my motivation walking was gone I couldn’t walk for 3 days it was a battle of my life I had 2 X-rays done in the hospital and no broken back was reported so I took the medication the hospital doctor gave me and it worked to slow the inflammation on my lower back pain so I took physical therapy with Jenna and my backbone got better over time I’m better now over the last 5 days it’s awesome I can walk again without the help of the wheelchair or cane 🦯 it’s a great feeling I cried alot when I got better on my lower back miracle are happening on me thanks to your music for helping me overcome my fear of walking and standing thanks timo your vocals touched me amazing performance man your awesome my brother it’s a powerful banger song love you timo 😘🤘
