No, I'm sorry, those are independent reviews, and not monitored by the manufacturers... I believe the measurements are published on their sites, so I doubt they would rectify this.

Hello, thank you for your video. I had two guys bring mine upstairs as it's super heavy. Dreamcloud said it weights 145 lbs. The guys had it together in 15 minutes. I'm glad I watched your video as I was able to tell them how easy it was to put together. I do have a question, but pertaining to the mattress. I received my mattress and let it expand for about 12 hours. I noticed that the top of your mattress is puffy and pillowy. Mine is not. How much time did you give your mattress to fully expand? I found mine too firm and I woke up with all sorts of aches and pain. Just curious. Yours looks like it does on the dreamcloud website. Mine does not. Not sure why.
