Mateo, i use oatmilk for latte art, do you have to pour before the latte art dotted line to foam better? Also my milk came out warm not even hot maybe my milk is too cold?

I usually pour the milk at the minimum line because I like small milk drinks. Because the machine works with time reference and not temperature reference, the quantity of milk you place and the temperature of the milk before frothing, it important. Less milk at room temperature will be hotter than more milk from the fridge. Of course any kind of alternative drinks need to go to the fridge after they have been opened. Maybe you can run the frothing for a few seconds after the first time is done. I don't know if the texture will stay good. But it's something you should try.

Matteo, to make half and half, add cream to whole milk so that the fat percentage is 10-18%. I found fresh cream from Latteria Sociale Valtellina at Eataly that’s advertised as 37%. So equal parts that cream and whole milk will get you pretty close to half and half. :)

Thanks! This is a very good advice! Thanks so much, I will definitely try it

It so stupid that you cant raise the temp to 65 or even 70 as the machine ALREADY has temp control for stir mode I guess we have to wait for Dreo 2 to fix this stupid issue

Definitely this if you factor in the price

@kennysughiarto2780 agree. And I think this will be easier cleaning, as the heating element is separate. Also, the inserts in the nanofoamer makes it more of an hassle to clean it all out.

And definitely this if you want: - Detachable milk jug for easy clean - The milk jug can also be used to pour latte art since it's not heavy AF as the WHOLE nanofoamer - Menu UI and UX is just better, not playing number guessing and foam attachments for each type of milk like the Nanofoamer pro Also... The Nanofoamer Pro v2 is better than v1 but still burnt your milk...

Ciao! Allora penso che sia un bel macchinario, ma in realtá non lo comprerei perché non so molto latte a casa. Il dispositivo funziona benissimo e produce latte montato di buona qualitá anche con tipi diversi di latte.

I started using Bialetti Venus instead of moka express because of aluminum concerns but I am not satisfied at all, can you prepare a Bialetti Venus video similar to your beautiful videos.

Soon in Autumn I will jump on stainless steel mokas. Once I test my methods I will share everything here on my channel :)

Hi Matteo. Looks like a good idea but not really practical. Waiting almost 4 minutes for steamed milk and foam, I'll pass. My espresso machine or hand frother can do it a lot quicker. Thanks for showing it to us.
@0938890Erol2 ай бұрын
What about starting the milk frother first and then prepping and pulling your espresso shot? I don't think you'll wait long for the milk to be finished if I'm honest. My workflow on the Flair 58 sure would pass the 3 minutes, incl grinding the beans.
@michaellima62722 ай бұрын
@@0938890Erol Exactly, get the milk frother going and then start to prepare your espresso shot.
@kennysughiarto27802 ай бұрын
you don't need speed if you are at home, it's not like you work in a shop, by not introudcing the water into the milk, you get a much better milk, it's actually practical if you start the milk frother and time it with the coffee making, and 3.30 minutes it aint bad
@jodio75512 ай бұрын
Four minutes is no time at all. I also prefer no steam watering down my plant based milk. IMHO, Hand frothers are fine for cow's milk only. Think the Dreo BaristaMaker is a good option for neophytes and families with differing milk dietary reqs.
