Kay, I had my eyebrows tattooed by a good esthetician a few years ago and it’s made such a difference. They’re not dark at all but it fills in between the sparse hairs and makes them look very natural. They’ll have to be redone about every five years but I’m so happy with the result. No one believes me that they’re tattooed because they look so natural.

I have found as I get older, less is more....... tinted Sunscreen/ moisturizer & coat of mascara, lip balm .... out the door..........I feel fresh & confident..... that’s what matters......... This vid was good.... she seems very sweet......but I have never worn this much make up in my life........... lol

So, it is definitely a personal preference. Some people are just naturally pretty and need very little enhancement. Happy Fourth of July weekend!!

Great tips Kay! I always heard eyebrows are cousins not twins. So they don’t have to be identical! Putting on makeup even when I’m not planning on leaving the house makes me feel “dressed” for the day. As long as I have mascara, eyebrows and gloss as basics I’m set.

Kay, I love your videos. The classic put together look makes the most sense. I live in a wonderful community in the GA mountains and I am so surprised as to how many women give up on themselves as they age. God wants us to be the best we can be in all aspects of our lives. I was told as a child that we give respect to people by being groomed and wearing clean clothing. Of course as we grow older we choose our clothing more wisely. It does not have to be name brand but put together well. As you have mentioned in previous videos, limit your color combinations at a peak of three. If you're groomed and stick to classic attire how can you not feel put together. It is really simple.

You can also use a damp wipes or paper towel to catch the eye shadow powder, some eyeshadows are very sticky, so you can use the wipes to dab or lightly wipe off the powder, gtips are good for dabbing the creases of eyes if eye makeup start running. Take your vitamins early morning before you get up, your skin will glow in the daytime, drinking water is very essential also a positive attitude throughout the day, less grimacing. Creates wrinkles.

This was really good and you did a fantastic job. When I put mascara on my bottom lashes I put a tissue under them, put the mascara on and then bring up the bottom of the tissue and blot the top of the lashes. It’s much faster than using a cotton bud to clean up later.

Yeah, a photographer friend of mine did my makeup for me once and did it in that order. I’ve done it that way ever since. Then she did my makeup again and didn’t do it in that order. I asked her why and she said she just does people’s makeup in different orders all the time. Ha! But I’ve stuck with it. Makes sense to me now. 😉

This was such a lovely make up routine, and maybe the best I've seen on youtube! :) The result is natural, graceful and absolutely beautiful! I do use fewer products personally, because I'm worried about piling up too many chemicals on my skin.... it seems even the 'best' brand names still use many ingredients that are not safe, even when the products are sold in pharmacies, which I find shocking and not ethical, but this is another topic. Your make up is gorgeous, the light, soft colours bring out your natural beauty, it is perfect! My hair is fair like yours, my eyes blue and so it was very useful to me but your video can inspire everyone, it is easy and all one has to do is adapt it to their own complexion and colours, because it is all about the art of not putting too much of anything, of not disguising the face but gracefully enhance its natural beauty.
