I want to clarify an error that appears in one of the slides during the video. The slide incorrectly states: "Diabetes is the number one cause of kidney failure and a leading cause of heart attacks, strokes, and mutations in wound healing." The correct information is: "Diabetes is the number one cause of kidney failure and a leading cause of heart attacks, strokes, amputations, and poor wound healing." - Thank you for your understanding. ▶ Subscribe so you will never miss a video. kzbin.info/door/Bve_ppCNE67fs3MsIocitg 🚨 Join the "Med Heads" Exclusive Members Only Community! www.youtube.com/@DrFrita/join 🩺 Click Here to Request a Comprehensive VIP Concierge Telehealth Consultation today! Great video! I've always been told to stay away from the middle section of the grocery store. The outer isles are the healthiest.

You nailed it! The outer aisles are usually where you’ll find fresh produce, whole grains, and lean proteins-the building blocks of a healthy diet. Stick with that strategy, and your body will thank you. Thanks for watching and sharing such a great tip! 😊

We airfried a sweet potato for about 20-25 minutes. So good. We also take potato fries, drizzle in a little olive oil and spices and air fry those. Higher carb but good. It is about adding in the good stuff and dwindling the bad to make improvements.

MsDr. Friday love that you are explaining this for many that have this problem . I am one of those was on novel and 70 30 80 units in the morning and 80 units at night. Then I got it down to 80. In the morning seventy at nights, and now i'm down to like sometimes twenty five in the morning and none at night, or ten in the morning and twenty at night. Cut down on it all doing it by my cell, I took myself off so much medicine. It's hard to explain how much without them telling me or changing it. I just weaned myself off slowly, but I wouldn't recommend this to in and everybody, but it's worked for me. Enjoy listening to you.Explain things but I have one thing and I don't mean it to sound harsh. With your long nails and the way you're flipping your hands back and forth, it kind of distracts us on what you're saying, because we're watching your hand in those long nails and I don't choose i've ever seen a remotely simple thing, all the tops are different. They're different heights. The legs are different shapes to angle With your long nails and the way you're flipping your hands back-and-forth, it kind of distracts us on what you're saying, because we're watching your hand in those long nails spreading your finger as you talk. Reminds me of the Adam's family. What's his name, frankenstein's wife his wife tisha i'm not quite sure. I guess it's just something that I don't expect a doctor to have at least that long. But I do. Thank you for the knowledge you give us some need it more than others, but we can all benefit from it. That's for sure thank you.

Hi Dr. Frita, Ricky, I have bubbles and I go to use the restroom a lot but I drink a lot of water and tea like organic hibiscus and green tea anywhere from 2 to 5 cups of tea a day and 32 ozs at least a day of water or more in the morning and I eat right so maybe you have some answers for me when it comes to my kidneys, thanks.
