Feels like the fridge should be hinged from the other side for access while sitting. Is there a reason for doing it this way?

If it was hinged on the other side it would only open about 45 degrees as the fridge door would hit the door pillar of the vehicle.

Love it! Is it possible to do a fit out with 4 legal seats? No need for massive fridge or internal sink.

This style system in the Troopy is not really workable with a bench seat in there - simply doesn't leave enough space for useable storage with the walkway in there. Lots of our other Troopy designs do work with the bench seat - you could have a bar fridge plus a drawer or 2...just no walkway.

Thanks for the quick reply. Appreciate it. Not after the exact system. Just something that can work for 2 adults and 2 kids if necessary. We will have a seperate supply vehicle, so a modest set up in the Troopy would suit us. Could you point me to any possible layouts?

With high furniture on the right do you fit a reversing camera?

Ever thought of putting the bar fridge on a drawer slide so it could slide towards the centre aisle. That way it could be closer to the back door. Only has to slide around 100mm to clear the back door pillar.

I'd like to find a fit out that's semi permanent. E,g. The left side can be removed when not needed.

Flip the hinges on the fridge if you can to make the door open the other way. When you opened the door. It moved you further away from the fridge making it awkward to get access. Beautiful work otherwise!

Yes you could flip the door hinge to the other side - this customer requested it hinged this way. My mistake in the video is getting up on the truck....the fridge is meant to be opened whilst standing on the ground which would be much easier. Appreciate the comment, thank you.
