My best floating feeling to date. I've been working on compression for a long time, but your descriptions helped me to better apply the strength I've built. Thank you! Will continue to work with your inversion and floating classes. :D

Thank you Katrina. These videos are so helpful. That last wide float to the top of the melt felt so smooth for me.

So happy to hear this! Keep going. Mindful repetition is key to adapting the body into the float!

great clarity in explaining details. that is quite important, truly appreciated by me. I will implement several exercises of your truly inventive chain of drills. May I ask what schooling did you follow to become such a wonderful teacher? Many thanks

Hi Katrina! Love your tutorial! I tried it... At the moment of jumping my elbows tend to bend.. 😖😖Any suggestion?

Wrap your triceps back and in - externally rotate through the arm bones for the torque in the arms. Try to focus on straight arms and looking in between your thumbs or wrists as you jump forward!

The wide float was helpful. But the hopscotch game didn’t work for me - no way I could land on the block. I’ll keep working on it. Thank you!

The wide float is wonderful! Also try to work the negatives - slowly lowering down with control using the strength of your shoulders pushing the ground away and the stability of the core. Activate the feet
