I used the default right-angle connectors. You might try going to the design tab and then the connectors icon to make sure that "straight lines" is not selected. Also, remember to use the selection handles to move parts of the connector lines to where you want them.

How did you make multi-color connectors? I've tried grouping two connectors in Visio 2010, but I can't fully manipulate them like a connector afterwards.

What type of connector did you use? When I try to do the same thing the lines go to straight lien between both connection points.
