Thank you for the very helpfull summery. With physillum seed husks one should be careful when taking meds. One should have some time between. Overall they are awesome and have even more benefits than mentioned in the video.

I am allergic to eggs and can't do agar agar and gelatine either. So for thickening of Cremes and cakes I use physillum seed husk flour, those seeds are the best. They are the best food hack ever.

Thanks. The only way i make sure to drink enough water is to measure it into a jug. Question; If you can't have caffeine, are decaffeinated green tea and coffee any help?

I drink apple cider and water every morning, and water and green tea mixture all day. I'll look up psyllium
