Sir, payment terms & conditions are clearly mentioned in the quotation given before we start the work. But sir, you were decent at adavance time. Therefore, we have done additional works without any payment. At that time, my materials were of high quality and the workers were talented. When I asked for payment after 90% of the last work, you changed your behavior and said that you will pay together after work as you are in trouble for money. When I said no, you said my workers and products are bad. If my material was bad, you would not have gone for the same product today. I am getting copy of your mail and whatsapp messages. After receiving the balance payment, we can supply the necessary materials to finish the work. You have to do the installation in case the project contract is cancelled.

The issue lies in the execution-specifically, the craftsmanship, professionalism, and overall quality of the work delivered, which fell well below our expectations. As per the agreed terms and conditions, I was prepared to pay the final 10% of the amount upon project completion. However, the project remains incomplete, and I believe it’s only fair to address this before finalizing payment. The primary gap I’ve observed is the lack of skilled labor and effective project management on your end, which has led to this disappointing experience. We weighted the architect for a whole day saying that the architectural design and measurements you gave did not match. Then he said to look at the measurements. In the end, I still have the WhatsApp chat of the rework saying that the design was ugly. All those days my workers were smart. There is evidence that you have assigned not only ten percent of the work, but additional works, including glass frosting, which are not mentioned in the quatation. anyway ok

U need DCR( Domestic content requiremet) panels to claim subsidy. Solar firms charge around 2 L for a 3 KW set. Non DCR panel 3 KW complete kit( With Panels, inverter, Ac/ DC DB cables, connecters Etc)is available for 85 K at waree energies site. Just buy it and pay any technician 5 K to do the wiring/ instillation. This is of same or better quality at low cost, even without subsidy. Don't get fooled by tall claims of solar installing firms. This is not rot rocket science, Any body with basic tech knowledge can do the installation and save around 40-60 k compared to company rates for 3KW with subsidy.

There is no perfect solution. Offgrid- battery cost and possibility of wastage when battery ful. On grid- risk of kseb adopting gross metering wherever no gains are there. Hybrid - significantly expensive where putting money in fd, mf and paying bill makes more sense. All thsese when bill is low like 5k - 8k per 2 month. If more than 20k ongrid can get you faster. Real issue is ongrid is not really helping our grid. Most people puts onngrid uses maximum where kseb bas to buy electricity anyway.

Saatvik, after several reminders has given me 2 line warranty certificate i.e., 12 years performance and 30 years material warranty.
