Sometimes you can do a pre treatment as well. I like to remove as much as I can with the pressure washer first and then the chemical has less work to do. If you just use the chemical first you end up using more than you need to, and it will likely need a second application anyway.

Quick question why not use the surface cleaner whilst the hypo is on work it in a bit more then rinse off. Thanks
@Stu81 Жыл бұрын
Because adding water will dilute the hypo even more, there is no need to work the hypo in unless you have heavy black spotting, then a bit of a scrub with a broom can help or if need be a second treatment with a stronger mix, hypo has a short half life, once on the ground it's not doing anything after 20 mins maybe 40mins at the most but after 20 mins it's lost most of its strength.

@slim4392 жыл бұрын
Every job is different, with its own issues. I quote each job individually. You have to cover yourself. How often do you get the old, "Oh while your here, can you just give this a quick flick over"? Sure, it might only take you 30 seconds to do, but you've done something extra, for no reward. Try doing that at KFC, when you see them bagging up your order,....."Ah, While your there, can you add 6 nuggets"? See what happens then......they stop doing your order, & come back to the til. "That'll be another x amount of $$". Try saying, "Aww, I just thought while you were there, kinda thing".... Yeah right. You have your experience, & machinery to do the job, not to mention, all the associated costs, of just being in business for yourself. Never sell yourself short. Mild rant over.
@aemackintosh2 жыл бұрын
You make a good point. I think it’s good to bear it in mind and allow for this in your minimum charge. I don’t mind doing a little extra thing, but if it becomes a bigger thing then I will say that I will have to charge extra.😉👍🏼
