I still can't believe all the crossovers that have removed between the Dandenong group and the Frankston group lines, the first points I seen connecting the two were on the up side of Richmond.

It’s like the lack of an interchange at Sth Yarra and the new Metro loop (something that would have been done overseas). You have to really question who does the strategic planning in transport departments in this state and their inability to loop at either the future or the bigger picture.
