Thanks for sharing, I won’t need to go there, ever. Here in Southern California we have parts of the desert bordering Arizona that are equally barren, just rocks and boulders, give me greenery and flowers any day. Yes, I think the elevation, bright sun and twisty roads would have made me nauseous too.

I have always thought of the Canary Islands as tropical but this looks more like a moonscape. Altitude sickness is real and easily caused by the height you reached.

I was curious about the elevation and the parking was at 7700 ft. With a cold and your ears a bit plugged that would have been miserable. Beautiful film work!
