MacDonald is nice, but definitely prefer Southern Highlands by far. It’s so beautiful and unique in SH with all the trees and lush greenery. MacDonald feels too much like living on Mars to me, it’s all rocks.

Southern Highlands is a fantastic community. I think there are pros and cons to both communities and it's really a matter of preference of where you would like to live!

Most high-end communities in Las Vegas and Henderson regulate speed levels with radars. They don't want people speeding at 45mph+ in residential zones.

I really wish I could but The Summit is very exclusive and they do not allow people to film in their community. Even when filming a home, they will have a security officer monitor you until you leave.
