Last time we were down at Ft Fisher, the ferry was closed for maintenance, so we didnt get to ride it. Looks like a great little trip.

@@MrMyrtle Been watching for a while. Fun to see the changes, good or bad. I traveled North and South Carolina in the 80’s and early 90’s. They have really changed. Thanks

I live 3 hours away and during the summer I drive to the beach every week on my day off. Carolina beach is nice and quiet but Carolina Beach is definitely more expensive than Myrtle Beach. I only go to Carolina Beach when I know there is festivals or something happening in Myrtle and I do not want to deal with the crowds and traffic.

Hey we’re in Myrtle beach til tomorrow, what’s possibly the coolest abandoned place u have explored that you know is still around? We checked out the hard rock park the other day and noticed it was gone and are trying to find some cool spots to explore before we go back to Wilmington

We rode a ferry there and went over to some island. If anyone knows the island we went to please leave a comment. You could take your car over on that ferry also. What was those little bugs that was everywhere. Was that fire ants? Sorry not from the area.
