I think the moringa tea worked best for you. What do you think about the Keto diet? Can you try it for us and let us see your results?
@drjoetvMD5 жыл бұрын
@@lordyb9514 Thanks for asking. To show that a diet works will take weeks and months but that's a challenge I can take on. Not a problem. However, as far as keto diet is concerned, I have been there. Done that. Got the T-Shirt. Not something I want to go back to. I can tell you that it works as far as weight loss is concerned and it's also good for blood sugar i.e type 2 diabetes. But I abandoned it because I do not want to spend the rest of my life eating fatty foods. Lots of red meat, lots of dairy, and lots of eggs and butter. I believe that plants have more healing powers than animal products. I still eat meat, eggs and use dairy but only minimal amounts. I love my carbs and so long as you know the right carbs to eat, you should be fine. I want my diet to be plant-dominated NOT animal product-dominated. I treasure my heart a lot...

Just saw this channel today morning...I think Dr Joe it's the ginger that makes you hungry..I drink moringa powder that I get from my sis-in laws plant and I drie them in my kitchen for 10 days then make into powder with my coffee grinder...sometimes I also add a very small amount of ginger to balance the taste..now I finished it and I'm drinking mint leaves as a substitute while waiting for the next batch to get drie..After 2 weeks I observed myself that those tingling,pinning on my feet and fingers the numbness and burning sensations on my shoulders down to my arms and fingers are gone.Because of this progress I decided to stop taking my Magnesium, Calcium and Vit C for almost a month now...new subbie from Dubai UAE😀

YES Dr. I approve this video! I used the Moringa drops. I took the drops with cbd and black seed oil on a empty stomach with circulation vitamins and I made a smoothie with Irish Sea moss from Jamaica every day for 7 days as well. I was diagnosed with osteonecrosis which is death to bone for lack of blood flow and circulation. I literally could not walk a year ago. Doctors wanted to replace both of my hips, but I refused and walked away and said I will heal myself. The doctors told me to sit down, stay off it and use the wheelchair. I did exactly the opposite. I prayed, trusted GOD and kept moving. I did not stop. Even in terrible pain, limping everywhere. I started to eat better, take long long (3hr) epsom salt baths daily for months and started my daily vitamins and supplements. Now I’m on herbs and supplement. It a beautiful thing. I healed myself! I’ve been waking better than ever. I’m so grateful. I do believe the Moringa had a lot to do with the healing process. As much as I took everything I could feel my hip and leg not repairing but every since the moringa I could feel my bones and joints coming together and the pain leaving. Oh Moringa! What a BEAUTIFUL HEALING PLANT 🌱 YOU ARE🥰🥰🥰🥰🥳

I'm a 65 year old American living in Northern Thailand. My right knee X Ray here showed Arthritus and Im 99% sure the Dr. said it was Osteoarthritus but not 100% sure but it was Arthritus for sure. It felt like bone rubbing bone and I couldnt walk. I was scared and never thought I could walk , cut my grass or do anything like that again. I researched on You Tube, saw your channel and started taking Moringa. Its cheap here and I buy 2.2 lbs or 1 kilo of the powder for about $9 or $10 US Dollars. I take 2 teaspoons mixed with water every morning. It taste bad but the results are well worth it. I am now TOTALLY pain free almost instantly even after the first dose. I have been taking this now daily for about 4 months and I swear my entire body everywhere feels better with no soreness anywhere like in the past. I feel great again. Thank GOD!

@@annetteopondo2124 Annette, normal blood pressure is a range and guidelines of what is normal do vary from country to country. But generally speaking, you should aim to bring your blood pressure to 120/80 and below. There are arguments against that target reading not taking age and maybe race into consideration but that's the ballpark figure you should aim for. The point being you have less BP complications if you have readings consistently below that. It's tough to achieve but it's not a bad idea to aim for that

You got it, I was a mess. I clearly have chronical inflamatory healthissues. I went to my doctor ( wonderfull man, btw) and specialists numberous times but except being prescribed pils for my bloodpressure and anti-depressants and advise to get a gastric bypass as I became morbidly obese in despite of numberous diets and my complaints where considered “vague” so the doctors concluded my problems where “all in my head”. It’s so frustrating ans humiliating not been taken serious, even been called a liar or hypocondriac while meticiously following cures and diets . Finding Moringa after years of stubborn research I finaly found Moringa and taking it since 3 months has effectively changed my life! My high bloodpressure was gone after 2 weeks, my period is normalised and almost painfree, no sour muscles, my joints aren’t bloated and painfull anymore, my migraines are less frequent, I lost some weight and although I have a stressfull life I feel great!!! The wonderfull thing about Moringa, except being highly anti-inflammatory and having almost all nutrients the body needs, is that it balances the hormones, it balances everything. So Yes, I strongly advise using Moringa to almost everybody actually! But... not 7 days. I didn’t feel the difference the first 2 weeks. It takes a lot of patience and determination to take it daily during weeks before beginning to feel the difference. Moringa-powder can be a bit harsh on the stomac though, adding ginger, also a great medicinal and complementary plant, solves that problem for me. Btw, I’m not against “classical” medecine. When you’re ill, you better go to the doctor! But I think you can combine classical and natural remedies to obtain better results and it takes more open mindedness.

Very nice to hear, Magali. Really nice. I'm even happier that Moringa is slowly helping you get your life back on track. It takes persistence sometimes to get your kind of results and I am glad you persisted because a lot of people will give up after 2 weeks. Everyone these days wants instant results or else. Your story here will inspire others. Well done!

I know this was done months ago. But I just came across it. Moringa works but it is also a very powerful herb. I remember using one teaspoon of the powder and it made my head spin. I take no more than 2 of the seeds a day or every other day. When I use the powder for tea. I use half a teaspoon. It effects different people in different ways. One size doesn’t fit all. And when you spoke on how calm you felt I think you took too much at one sitting( no disrespect meant). I am from Jamaica where it also grows. And I was always told you don’t need a lot. It might be different when you cook with it. But i think for your cereal you only need a teaspoon of it if that much. Just an observation. You might want to tell your followers to go slow until they figure out what dosage works for them. Again no disrespect meant. I just remembered how it worked on my system.
@drjoetvMD4 жыл бұрын
G B, thank you for your contribution but most people will judge for themselves if they are adversely affected by a spoonful. Moringa is a simple vegetable. It doesn't contain any psychoactive substance as far as we know, so I'm not sure why it would make your head spin. Maybe you were having a borderline low blood sugar level at the time before you consumed it because it can affect your blood sugar levels. I still take 1 tablespoonful at a time. Sometimes even more and I have never experienced such symptoms. Moringa is very much UNLIKE hemp. But thanks for your contribution all the same

No, Kaye, I was not on medications. Haven't been for a while now. But that's not to say, you can't use your BP medications along with it. You can

This video was VERY helpful DrJoe; I purchased Moringa Powder some time ago and got around to taking it one month ago. I didn't care for the taste so, I purchased empty Capsules and Small Pharm Spoons to fill the empty capsules with the powder. I take two capsules a day. The Capsules are large. I feel great! I get a little blotted but it may be another supplement that I am taking. I have been taking: 1. Moringa (from South Asia) - Great for inflamation, arthritis 2. Ashwaganda (from Africa) 3. Rhodiola Rosea 4. Korean Ginseng 5. Vitamin B Complex 6. Vitamin D3 (10,000 UI and higher) What do you think?

Hi your test drive on moringa powder and tea was interesting. Here in south india we all have Moringa tree in almost all houses. We pluck the fresh leaves and make soups, curries and lentil pancakes, chutneys etc. we also use drumsticks from the same tree as veggies in curries with gravy. My grand mother used to encourage us as kids to eat this a lot saying it is healthy, not only nutrition wise but also very effective in cleaning up the intestines all the muck and worms etc in children.

Very interesting. I started taking moringa capsules for diabetes and no longer have any trouble with my A1C readings. Also, I noticed my blood pressure came into line. A great idea you had on the day-by-day procedure. I am now a dr. joe subscriber. God Bless

Hi, late response. Do you still take the Moringa tea and powder? Also how often do you take them each day? I am assuming you are no longer on BP medication? Thanks.

I have been very stressed out and I've had a cough for a few days I got the powder online. Started it yesterday morning (one teaspoon powder in milk, dont try that because it tasted disgusting). Anyway I did it again today because I didn't know how to take it. Regardless, I have a feeling of calmness I haven't had in a year and it's only my second day! Thanks for showing me how to take it. I love the effects! Also, I edited because I forgot to tell you it got rid of my cough the first day!

@AbiNomac4 жыл бұрын
david ferrini - Hi David! The moringa I buy is a mixture of both, morning and matcha organic powders. I don’t know what country you are in so I’ll give you the American link. I highly recommend this mixed recipe because it is doing me good. I sleep deeper now. Eventually, I will buy a moringa powder only just to see what that is like. There is the link. If you need more from me, I’m happy to help. Blessings www.perfectsupplements.com/Perfect-Matchinga-p/ps-matchinga.htm

thanks for the video and info. I have had high bp my whole life. Have been using 2 meds for the past year. best I ever got was 140/74. About a month ago I started using Moringa - 1 tsp per day; Turmeric - 1 tsp w/ 1/8 tsp black pepper per day; 2 fish oil capsules per day, and garlic. At the same time I cut my daily Bystolic (BP med) dose in half. (don't like the idea of slowing my pulse to control bp when i already have a slow rate). Just had Dr. visit today - 1 month later - BP is 120/80. Didn't change anything else.
