You can also dissolve magnesium flakes in a spray bottle of water and mist your body. For those who don't have time to soak in a tub. 😁👍 Also kidney beans are one of the best sources of magnesium.

What is the best time of the day to take magnesium? In the evening before bedtime, if I want to sleep better ? If I take vitamin D in the morning with some food and magnesium in the evening, will that be still ok?

Vit D in the morning with fat since it's fat soluble. Magnesium at night because it promotes restful sleep.

Hi Salisha, From my quick research, I believe you can try Magnesium Glycinate. It would be well advised that you speak to someone about this or do your own research on "dosage" and "duration" (how long to take it for) as I cannot provide such advice. All the best to you and your health.

I went through bad cramping in my hands fingers, toes, calves and the balls of my feet. It hurt so bad. I was curious why my doctor gave me a prescription every month for magnesium. I was bed ridden for over a week until I could afford to get some magnesium. I still to this day even though I am taking it every day. I still don’t feel right. Tired and no energy. What do you recommend for me to take other than the magnesium. I also have to take zinc every day as well and d3 too. I also have acid reflux. This is so weird of everything you are saying.

(no doctor here but I learned that:) In food form is always better than pills because from nuts etc. you get trace minerals that are not in pills.

Migraines? I suggest taking bee pollen. One I like a lot is YS Eco Bee Farms (low moisture, whole granules). Initially, consider taking one tablespoon first thing in the morning and one tablespoon in the afternoon. Blessings to YOU!

I take three supplements with magnesium; at least two daily. I take magnesium L-threonate (with lion's mane) for the brain and mag oxide + mag citrate (with potassium chloride) for general magnesium supplementation. After listening to this video, I'll probably change this one for a different form. Probably spirulina. The third magnesium supplement isn't specified and it's added to my zinc supplement. I take the first one every single day. I usually take the second one. If I need the third one, I don't take the second one. However, all three together are still under the daily max of magnesium.

All most all of what you are saying is happening to me, my doctor told me is low blood count been taking ion tablets and am having the same but not getting worst

Do you drink water with your meals? If so, don't as it reduces the bodies ability to absorb iron from your food. Drink at other times, just not with a meal. If you need to to make food go down, have just sips. My husband has low haemoglobin and by trial and error and several improving blood tests discovered his issue with drinking water with meals and no longer does it.
