I kid you not, I was absolutely suffering from a mental breakdown, upon clicking this. by the end of it, I was so aware of my body I was able to visually see my entire body sitting on my usual chair through my closed eyelids.. I am not joking... that impressed and scared me at the same time. thank you so much.

I have alredy practised body scan in the unwinding anxiety app and It is more powerfull than I expected. After doing body scan meditation only twice, I began to feel my joints and my muscles much more deeper than earlier. It was a good help in learning how to do ice skate and improve my swimming style. The impact was very powerful. I could feel the edge of my skate and my core muscles as while I was swimming. I highly recommend this technique for every one. It would be a good help especially for athletes. Thank you 😀

This is good. I just wish the ending wasn’t so abrupt. Some finalized sentiments to let us know it’s ending would be appropriate.

This information is extremely valuable to help us understand why we do what we do based on our natural wiring for survival. Thank-you for your extremely concise and valuable talks, with tools to help us navigate these times. I would love your thoughts and knowledge regarding a potential for fault and blame. We are human and doing what we can, based on information. We are human however with this survival wiring, and never perfect, and make mistakes. Mistakes at this moment in time have potential life-threatening consequences, eg. infecting a friend or family member. Any suggestions how to cope with this very real possibility?

I like this meditation and how it starts with the feet traveling up. But the end of the meditation is abrupt and goes straight into a load ad which is frustrating. I'd like one like this but with a longer transition period at the end & a bit slower/consistent

Compared to other body scan meditations. This meditation was too fast. I didn’t get enough time to identify the feeling of a body part because of how fast you were going. Otherwise it was good as was trying to feel body parts. I have never really tried to focus on feeling before like the eyes, tongue and maybe teeth’s
