I believe it is very important to be relaxed especially when I am feeding. Eat slowly, enjoy my surroundings be with friends, have a little alcohol then rest after. In America and Scotland, people rush through their meals and are at a high level of stress. In France and Spain, they take maybe 2 hours for lunch and dinner. Also very important to eat low carbohydrate foods to keep the insulin levels low.

I was wondering, since a lot of word is on the adaptogenic herbs of lately, could they be too much for the system of someone with chronic fatigue? ..and if so what can we do instead?...or whether some of them can be used, while others cannot...i am asking because of personal weird reactions to some of them, which are supposed to help with adrenalfatigue, but instead giving severe psychosomatic reactions...if you could do a video on that, you would be doing a lot of good, since most people with adrenal fatigue are advised to use adaptogenic herbs..thank you so much🙏

Adaptogenic herbs have their proper time and place to be used. If used incorrectly, there may be consequences to it. It is best to work with an experienced practitioner to guide you on your recovery journey
