As a healthcare professional - when I consult with someone who has any health issues they were not born with I always look at the liver starting out. Put them on a good detox program like the 10 day Metagenics clear change followed by a 3 week program by Quick Silver Push/Catch. The entire time light exercise and anything that gets the lymphatic system is a must. I personally use a vibration plate and mini trampoline. I also use an infrared sauna daily along with red light therapy. Do this protocol which takes approximately 4-6 weeks and you will feel amazing. I get extreme headaches, Nausea feels like sea sickness, weakness cold/ chills and hot flashes 1 time a week, it last from 8 hours to 3 days. It is bad enough to make me wish i was dead. Can't eat can't poop. I throw up constantly, when nothing is in stomach I dry heave, eventually, I throw up bile. Feels like my digestive system is completey shut down when I get sick... if i lay on my left side it brings the nause sooner. i've had CAT and MRI, I have some cyst on liver and kidneys and a 3CM brain lesion on my front left upper lobe. I also had digenerative spine show up in neck, mid back, and lower back. I also have Diverticulitis in a few spots. I've had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Nothing to abnormal found. I'm sick right now as I'm typing this, but getting over it... Question: what test should I ask my doctor to run, if it could be my liver, adrenal...??? thank you do you have any recommendations on diet?
