I had so many of these symptoms for decades- I had IBS for decades, my stomach finally rebelled, and I could barely eat anything. I lost 30 pounds in about 5 months. After I started watching you videos, I did your fast and now follow your advice to eat healthy 90% of my week, and feel so much better. My IBS is gone, and my arthritis only flares up when I eat out with friends. Any advice for eating out when you have no control over the choice of restaurant?

If you know what restaurant you're going to, often you can look at a menu online. Sometimes this helps.

As Dr Berg says, avoid the seed oils that they use in the restaurants; Sonny's is actually a pretty good choice if you know how to order right

DrLG, if one needs your liver/gallbladder pills at double the regular dose, is the double dose necessary forever? My son will not decrease fast food, but less fries, or soda or beer. He is eating more healthy foods now though.

I became gluten intolerant about 3 years ago. It causes blisters on my face. Thinking it was stress, from an abusive relationship. It probably was because liver takes the most damage during stress. I also recently found out I have a liver cyst. I'm working on detoxing my liver.

I just did a liver & gallbladder flush after taking malic acid and chanca piedra for a week (then the old tried and true olive oil and citrus cleanse) Friday night. I've saved my gallbladder for over 20 years doing this off and on. The bloating and gallbladder swelling went away along with the belching and acid reflux. I've never seen your solution before, but yes, the liver and gallbladder problems affect so much. I've been doing some intermittent fasting recently too at your recommendation. I have a super sluggish digestive system even more since my thyroid was removed for cancer.

Exactly what did you take? I would like to try it.
@deborahleavertonbizmom9 ай бұрын
@phylismorelock549 I've read lots of versions online. I tend to stick with the protocol in The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder flush book by Andreas Moritz, although he says to drink tons of apple juice or sour cherry juice the week of the cleanse to break up stones. That amount of sugar would wreck anyone's blood sugar, so I just buy malic acid capsules from amazon. That's what's in the juice anyway.

What if you large gallbladder stones? Can I still detox my liver?
@DrLivingood9 ай бұрын
Choline helps transport fat out of the liver into the cells where it's used for energy. It's important for preventing gallstones because gallstones are caused by an excess of fatty cholesterol that fails to get broken down and is stored in the gallbladder too long. You can find choline and other nutrients to support gallbladder health in our Liver + Gallbladder Cleanse or Support. store.drlivingood.com/products/livingood-daily-liver-gallbladder-support -LGD Team

@DrLivingood8 ай бұрын
Kombucha contains probiotics, which can help support the gut bacteria to break down food more effectively. Probiotics promote a healthy, diverse gut microbiome for improved nutrient absorption and immune function. We recommend kombucha with clean ingredients.
