I had an unusual skin condition on my arms that itched. It was intense and nothing over the counter worked. I went to both a dermatologist and allergist who ran tests and couldn't figure out what it was. The medication didn't work. I began to consume a lot of garlic both capsules and fresh, to treat it like a fungus and I was completely healed within days! 😊

I came to realize most of my acne was caused by gut issues when I started to get acne whenever I was constipated. Fixed my gut problem by taking in more fiber, probiotics, etc and now I might get one before my period. I eat dairy but I make sure they do not contain hormones and are made naturally (cheese). Same with meat. With milk, I switched to lactose free and that helped. Unfortunately I can't drink non-dairy milk because of food allergies. I stay away from processed foods, sugar, fast food, etc. I also cut down on carbs. I wish I knew about this years ago. I once went to a derm who tried to get me on antibiotics. Thankfully I listened to myself and stopped taking them immediately. I hope this helps. Great video, as always. Thank you. ❤

Risk free $60 to cure any skin disease. With new UVB LED lamps. With LED technology it is possible to achieve the exact wavelength that cures Psoriasis. This is not achieved with fluorescent lamps. With the new LED lamps the dose is 1/100, there is no redness in the skin, there is no need to increase the dose gradually and to wait 2 months to see the skin cures. The skin cures in one week. You can get a refund if the lamp will not cure you Psoriasis after using the lamp 2 months.

I wish I knew what really caused my acne as a teenager. It was a very difficult time for me, as I struggled so much with that. The dermatologist eventually put me on Accutane, which did work wonders for me. Still, the simplest solution would’ve been to watch what I was feeding my gut, which was typically a standard American diet with lots of carbs, sugar, and grains.

My dermatologist said I had a rare skin rash on my back and gave me antibiotics for it. It was there for years. After I went in the whole30 diet it completely went away after 6 weeks and never came back.

Can you please talk about cysts? For example pilonidal cysts. I have one on my back which is rare because it’s usually the tailbone but it only flares up with my period. I lost 60lbs and it finally went away for years but I’m still overweight and had not lost more weight and it came back with a vengeance. It’s running along my spine and the surgeon said it has nothing to do with my hormones/weight but I don’t believe that since it used to come with my period each month and it disappeared when I lost weight. I’ve started the 10 day detox and changing how I eat but I’m so curious to know if it has something to do with obesity and the crap I was eating.

I had the same thing for over a decade then it spread all over my body, extremely painful! What finally cured me was the carnivore diet, specifically the Lion Diet. Try it out

I have an extremely RARE skin condition known as Anetoderma. I would love to know your thoughts on this. Basically, it’s a loss of elasticity and protrusions form. I call them ‘my bumps’ and I’ve had them for a long time. I’ve been told there is no cure.

Why not try the diet he talked about and see what happens? His book is in the library too if you don't want to buy it. His book is called "The Blood Sugar Solution: 10-Day Detox Diet"

My skin agrees with the fact that sugar, refined flour and cooking oils are inflammatory. Whenever I eat these in excess, I get acne.

What about Candida.....I have HS, LS and autoimmune Hashimoto's (stable and I've gotten rid of my Hashi antibodies.) I have stubborn Candida (I had mold exposure in 2008-2012) that comes and goes. It's been treated, I've taken detox protocols and antiobiotics and it still comes back. We've treated biofilms and that helped the most but it still comes back....

Antibiotics makes candida worse. Along with sugar (including fruit/honey), carbs and dairy. I had candida and stopped all those types of foods for 60 days while taking caprylic acid to kill bio film, herbs like wormwood, black walnut, etc. also took a good probiotic. Went away but still am cautious about sugar and carbs.

Candida is a fine bacteria. Candida OVERgrowth is bad. When you have too much carbs/sugar that you have not metabolized they get to overpopulate

I've also taken garlic capsules and consumed it raw including onions. They kill bad bacteria.It has worked for me every time. My body is sensitive to sugar because of my Mediterranean diet! 😊

@MakeupAuthority14 күн бұрын
It’s $500 for the base testing and then if you want to add on more specific tests, it can add up to 1k depending on what you need. I added on food allergies, all heavy metals, celiac and Lyme.

Dr Hyman, what if you have palmar eczema that was started after starting a new injectable migraine med? Med stopped many months ago but horrible eczema continues. Excellent diet-following your recs. How to address this??? Derm only Rx’s clobetasol. Ivermectin helped it temporarily (when taken for Covid-we noticed his palms cleared up on it!) at our wits end. We can’t find the root cause!!
