I’m 59 and have changed my ways to vegan low fat. I’m still learning, and it’s better late than never. I hope I can help my spouse and family to see “It’s the food”. I have about 30 lbs to loose. I feel great so far and have tons on energy. I owe it all to God and Dr McDougall

My husband has been on dialysis for quite a few years and prior to us meeting he had a transplant which resulted in lymphoma from the immune suppressants and now back onto dialysis for the last 10 yrs. I agree with you that it is a very unpleasant life. He does home hemodialysis which helps but still not great. He had kidney failure in his 30's and maybe if he knew this information he may have avoided kidney failure. He was a very heavy animal protein consumer along with other unhealthy habits. If only we could go into rewind.

I first heard your diet message 30 years ago and have greatly benefited from it. I am now 76, 5 ft 10, 142 pounds and enjoy good health. Thanks to you and Mary. But I have also studied climate science for these last 30 years and learned the importance of following the money just like you do in the diet debate. There is a significant amount of fraud involved that you may have missed, being so busy with diet research

Thank you! You are much more diplomatic than I am - it is stunning to see how Dr. Mc Dougall has been so bamboozled by this climate agenda while he is one of the few voices not afraid to speak up about all the fraud and corruption in medicine, the food and pharma industries and gov't related to all of the forementioned. Obviously we need to care for the planet, but what is being hyped is not the real issues or solutions by what the powers that be want people to believe; I think you know that :) . Dr. McDougall could do so much good in continue to stand against those agencies he IS knowledgeable about - and I for one, really want to continue to learn from all his wisdom; having only recently "found" him. I will continue to go through his older material; but I don't know if I can continue to listen to - but more importantly - give views (i.e. support) for his new material b/c more and more of it seems devoted to pushing this false narrative and sadly he will be able to influence other gullible people. It's sad. Almost makes me wonder who got to him.

Mary is invaluable here for keeping the conversation on track. I have noticed that in other of these videos also. She is listening like one of us and coming up with good points and questions. thanks!! Keep Mary in there - great team! Note regarding breads!! Read the label. They put oil and eggs in most of the packages breads out there.

Ironic, isn't it - how he is all about 'doing the research' and not just believing the mainstream hype and obvious agenda - yet that is exactly what he is doing with the 'climate change' agenda.

We CAN do something for the environment, for our futures, for the future of all life on the planet: STOP EATING MEAT AND DAIRY. And that has NO potential harmful side effects. Meat and dairy production causes way more damage - see that UN report that Philip Wollen reports on in that great debate you can easily find on youtube. The problem is, mirrors may have catastrophic effects on the rest of nature, like birds and bats and other life. Now, it MAY be the answer - but it will NOT be for laypeople to say. If only science could inform our LEADERS. The science has to be there - Dr. McDougall, this guy is smart but they need to do controlled studies, right? anyway, it is way to complicated for me. But refraining from destroying the planet - I can do that with my diet.

True on the alcohol part, that's why dedicated alcoholics (that ONLY consume alcohol and no longer food) are so skinny. If it were only the alcohol then they would have been much fatter. Beer bellies are the people that are drinking with chips or bbq parties at neighbours.

I love Mcdougall, but seriously… plastic mirrors to reflect sunlight. Ever heard of trees???
@scoobydadog246 Жыл бұрын
It's scary, given his supposed message re: supporting plant based nutrition. i'm pretty sure he understands photosynthesis, and Vit D production, and he may not be aware that our mitochondria contains red light chromophores (i.e receptors for light) as does our skin, our fat, our eyes - in fact our circadian rhythms, i.e all our hormonal activity is regulated by the light - natural light - the sun. Reflecting the sun - is part of the plan to kill us. And I am serious. The powers that be are getting back at Dr. McDougall for speaking out against big pharma - I fear he's been bought, b/c it's hard to believe someone so awake can be bamboozled by this obvious agenda.

But it takes time to grow trees and their leaves do not reflect the suns rays. I do love trees, however many are dying from climate change.
@scoobydadog246 Жыл бұрын
No, they are dying from huge influx of non native EMF that is drastically changing the ionosphere - we ; and the trees are now living in a big microwave. The "climate change' is the cover story. The unnatural 'wildfires' are just recent examples of events that are manufactured to support the "climate change story". Look at photos of the aftermath of these fires - cars (metal) melted, while the trees are standing all around , and some of them burned from the inside - i.e the liquid portion has been heated... just like your microwave works; b/c these are microwave frequencies that are involved. It is sad to see someone as intelligent as Dr. McDougall who can see right through the fraud and corruption in the medical world not able to see the writing on the wall here.
